We stopped into the California-born zpizza franchise on Washington Blvd. tonight (caddy corner from Tallula) to “see” for ourselves about their gluten-free friendliness. Note, that this is not so unrealistic: the zpizza corporate Web site touts the chain’s gluten-free options. Just visit the home page – you’ll see the ad.
