Mlott - Unfortunately, I don't know that there is a list of gluten-free friendly lists in the D.C. area, but maybe we can help! If you're interested in Asian Fusion, Zengo in Gallery Place has a great gluten free menu. Argia's in Falls Church, VA (near the State Theater) has excellent gluten free pasta on the menu. Another to try is Ella's Woodfired Pizza in Metro Center - great gluten free pizza. A fourth and a fifth to get you started ... Legal Seafoods in Gallery Place takes its gluten free menu to the next level ... they'll even deliver gluten free rolls to the table. Fogo de Chao is tremendously gluten free friendly. The servers are all well versed in gluten free cooking, know exactly which meats you can and can't have, and all of the sides are safe! Including the pão de queijo (warm cheese bread). Good luck. Let us know how it goes.

Where can I find a list of restaurants in DC that are gluten-free friendly? I'm relatively new to this (3-4 months) and I can't find a list of gluten free restaurants in DC and it's so frustrating! I know how to cook and don't need help with that, but I can't stop eating out when so many social engagements revolve around it. PLEASE HELP!
