It will be a few weeks until we get special pans and to get the staff trained. They will be cooked in a shared oven, but baked in a dedicated gluten free pan. We need to get both stores set up so there is no cross contamination. Sorry for the delay, but hopefully in a few weeks. I just called two Loudoun Zpizza locations (South Riding and Dulles) who both carry the 10inch gluten free pizza. I will be trying them for lunch today and can report back later.
