Last night I went to the Arlington Whole Foods to get my usual stockpile of Glutino pretzels for the weekend and, strolling through the freezer section, marveling at the gluten-free goodies (GF corn dogs!), I discovered something I didn’t even know I was looking for: Amy’s Rice Crust Pizza with soy cheese - in a single serving!
Oh, happy day (and quick lunch for my weekend at the lake)!
