
Happy Super Tuesday, everyone!
The Gluties would like to share the best of our menus for this week, participating in the menu swap hosted by Aprovechar this week. Here is a sample of what will be on my plate. The other Gluties will show off their turnip skills for you, too.
Breakfast: GF Toaster Waffles with peanut butter
Lunch: Leftover mixed beans and rice soup
Snack: A piece of lemon cheesecake with a crust made from GF Ginger Snaps.
Dinner: Amy’s single serving rice crust pizza.
